Shawn helped me to completely understand what would happen with my issue. He explained all procedures very well and was extremely polite.

I dropped my truck off in the morning, they let me know the work was done, I went to the dealership, paid, and left with everything I needed.

Very friendly staff

Service employees were great! Only thing I would mention during the winter months to try their best from getting into a car with muddy boots. Had to take my car to havs cleaned inside drivers side was pretty bad.

The entire experience was great. John went out of his way to make the buying process so easy. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was excellent.

Everyone was friendly, I will say that. But, they informed me that I needed to replace my turbocharger at a cost of over $5,000. I took it for a second opinion and they could not find anything wrong related to the turbocharger. The car is running fine and the check engine light has not come back on. Feels very scammy/slimey to me. Will not return for service.

Personnel very nice . Price for oil change ,tire rotation and a couple filters was way too expensive. Jiffy lube , here I come!

Never had a bad experience with you guys. Dropped my truck off last minute several times and fixed so fast. This time I needed a DEF tank. It was expected to arrive Tuesday and my truck was done before noon.

John was great. I love my new truck. I do think they me they had a bit of a unicorn truck I was in the market for which led to them low balling my trade in but with the unicorn truck they had in inventory they had I really didn’t have much of a choice but to accept the low trade in offer if I wanted the truck. Again John and his team were great to work but do believe my trade was worth more than I received.
